广西北部湾经济区人才需求量预测及人才发展研究

摘    要:选取广西北部湾经济区人才需求数量作为研究对象,以历史数据为基础,结合现实及未来发展趋势,运用残差自回归模型对广西北部湾经济区未来人才需求数量进行量化预测,预测结果表明:效果良好、精度较高,并以此为依据针对性地提出一系列建议,以期对广西北部湾经济区未来几年人才培养机制的改革提供参考。

Abstract:Using the talent demand quantity in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone,on the basis of historical data,and combining with the reality and future development trend,then using residual regression model to predict the talent demand quantity in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone in future,the predicted results indicate that the effect is good and the accuracy is high.Based on this pertinently,this thesis puts forward a series of suggestions,hoping to provide some reference for the mechanism of talents training reform in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone in the coming years.
