| 摘 要： | 高职院校思想政治教育现有的问题迫切需要解决。借鉴全面质量管理的相关成果,分析了引起高职院校思想政治教育问题的三大成因：过于重视高等职业教育对学生的工具性,而忽视了其价值性;思想政治教育课、思想政治教育队伍以及思想政治教育模式滞后;思想政治教育定位不明晰,边缘化、表面化、局部化明显。在分析原因的基础上提出了全面质量管理视域下高职院校思想政治教育的实施措施：应不断改进高职院校思想政治教育工作的每个过程;高职院校思想政治教育应以事实和数据为依据;高职院校思想政治教育应全员育人、全方位育人、全过程育人。
