| 摘 要： | 思想政治工作是党和国家重要的政治优势,也是当前作好高校教学和管理等各项工作的基础之一,高校思想政治工作队伍又是高校思想政治工作的主要实施者,在高校思想政治工作中起着举足轻重的作用.因此,要从根本上建设一支政治强、业务精、纪律严、作风正的专兼结合的思想政治工作队伍,就必须从强化认识、落实人员、明确责任、健全制度等方面入手.

| Abstract: | Ideological and political work is the political superiority of the Party and China and also one of bases for teaching and administration work in colleges and universities. The contingent engaging in ideological and political work in colleges and universities are major executor of ideological and political work in colleges an universities. So if we want to fundamentally build a contingent of ideological and political work with politics, profession, disciplines, moral integrity and the combination of specialties and concurrent posts, we must start from strengthening understanding, ascertaining personnel, making responsibilities clear and perfecting systems. |
