| Abstract: | This paper gives a simple analysis of the changes and influence that knowledge management brings to libraries and in three aspects discusses librarians' role conversion,role definition and new roles under the environment of knowledge management.It also expounds how librarians should face role conversion,reflect on role definition and adapt to new roles under this environment. |
