| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、调查问卷法和教学研究法,对高校健美操进行了俱乐部教学的实践研究.结果表现为：大学生参加健美操活动的次数增多了,参加健美操运动的目的性和计划性更加明确了;教师的健美操理论水平、实践指导能力和科研水平得到了提高;形成了健美操俱乐部教学一体化教学模式体系.

| Abstract: | The research on the teaching practice of aerobics club is done through documents,questionnaires and teaching research in this paper.The result shows that students participate in aerobics activities more with a clearer target and plan and teachers have improved their level of theory,practical guide to research,leading to formation of Gymnastics Club integrated teaching systems. |
