| 摘 要： | 区域高等教育对地方经济发展意义重大。从发展区域经济的远景出发,构建全方位的高校教育服务协作网,明确区域高校教育服务协作网的地位和核心作用。从高校人才服务支撑体系和科技服务支撑体系两方面,做了进一步分析,提出了初步设想和基本思路:调整和优化人才培养结构,走“高校与地方经济互动发展”模式等。
