| 摘 要： | 股市边缘化是以市场持续低迷为特征,股市在金融市场乃至整个国家经济的地位处于相当不重要的边缘地带的一种经济现象。其有着深刻的历史成因、行政动因、人本原因和微观经济基础原因。进行归因分析,不难看出,如何保护公众投资者利益将是解决此问题的关键。

| Abstract: | Stock market peripherization is a kind of economic phenomenon with the continuous downturn of the market as features and stock market in financial market even in the whole state economy in a rather unimportant position.It has profound history causes,administration causes,human-based causes and microeconomic base causes.It is apparent through attribution analysis that,how to protect the interest of public investors is vital to solve this problem. |
