| 摘 要： | 加强“双师型”教师队伍建设,是决定高职教育办学水平及可持续发展的重要因素之一。因此,在对目前教师队伍现状及存在的问题进行分析的基础上,提出了实施教师聘任制,加强专职教师实践能力的培养,兼职教师教学艺术的培养等师资队伍建设的措施。

| Abstract: | Strengthening "double-quality" teachers' construction is one of important factors to decide higher vocational education and the sustainable development.Therefore,on the basis of analyzing the present situation of teacher staff and the existing problems,it puts forwards some measures of teachers' construction,such as the practice of teachers' appointment system,the training of strengthening professional teachers' practical ability and the training of part-time teachers' teaching art and so on. |
