Abstract:This paper analyzes the three kinds of Gresham's Law phenomenon which exist in the current certain libraries and puts forward three presumptions to solve these problems in library personnel reform such as library profession permitting system,library profession qualification certificate of national level and fair separation of assessment and appointment.4refs.
