| 摘 要： | 伊朗伊斯兰共和国初期，伊朗妇女经历了一个就业上的大规模衰退和萎缩时期，这是由伊朗伊斯兰教国家特定的历史文化环境决定的，特别是与当时社会上存在的压倒一切的伊斯兰教传统妇女观和传统的两性关系密切相关。
