| 摘 要： | 大量史料表明，中国在宋代已经出现了对版权进行保护的事实，宋代对版权保护的理念与现代具有相似性。但宋代并没有形成系统的版权保护制度，赵氏王朝在采取措施保护版权的同时，又使用了一系列限制文化发展的手段。中国特有的一些因素阻碍了中国古代版权保护制度在宋代的建立。

| Abstract: | A large number of historical data shows copyright protection has appeared in Song Dynasty;the idea of protection is similar to the one in contemporary times,too.But the systematic was not established then.The authority protected copyright on one hand;they took a number of measures that restricted the cultural development on the other hand.China's unique factors hindered the establishment of copyright protection system in Song Dynasty. |
