摘    要:在广泛查阅有关文献的基础上,综述了近年来在氧化脂蛋白导致动脉粥样硬化的机理方面的主要研究进展,并提出了有氧运动引起的内源性抗氧化能力的提高,有可能通过抑制脂蛋白的过氧化这一机制预防动脉粥样硬化的假设,阐述了在这一领域进行深入研究的重要性。

Abstract:In the field of sports medicine, it has been proved definitely that aerobic exercise can improve the inner power of antioxidation significantly. In this article,we reviewed the achievement of research on the mechanism of oxidized lipoprotein resulting atherosclerosis on the basis of extensive document searching. Then, we proposed the hypothesis that the improved inner power of antioxidation maybe one important factor to prevent the formation of atherosclerosis .We also emphasized the consequence of undertaking further research work in this field.
