| 摘 要： | 在综合研究国内外关于城市土地集约利用的理论及集约利用评价指标的基础上指出,城市土地集约利用的内涵应为少占用耕地,增加物质、经济产出和可持续利用。城市土地应根据不同用途特点进行布局,以使其经济效益最大化,同时,土地利用强度应适中,在不破坏社会和生态环境的前提下追求规模效益。在集约利用的评价指标方面,目前尚没有权威性的城市土地集约利用评价指标体系,也没有分用途土地的集约利用评价体系。

| Abstract: | With theoretical study of the intensified use of the urban land and evaluation index,this paper claims that it refers to less use of the farmland for the maximally sustainable development and economic growth.Urban layout should take on specific features.The social and ecological protection should be ensured.Yet,there is not authoritative or classified evaluation index of the intensified use of urban land. |
