| 摘 要： | 美国是当今世界网络高等教育最发达的国家,其质量保障问题一直是政府和社会关注的热点。美国政府从颁布法律法令、审核认证机构、提供财政拨款等方面对网络高等教育的质量保障进行监督和引导,同时与高等院校合作开展全国范围的实证研究并取得了阶段性成就。美国网络高等教育质量保障中的政府角色定位准确、方法得当,既给予了高等院校充分的发展自主权,又保证了网络教育的质量,值得我国借鉴。

| Abstract: | USA enjoys the best quality in its online higher education.From issuing of laws,accreditations and financial budgets,the government is engrossed in the monitoring and cooperation with universities nationwide.Therefore,the American governmental roles and approaches that enable universities to be autonomous and ensure the quality are well worth learning. |
