| 摘 要： | 民族传统体育是具有民族文化色彩和特征的传统活动,也是当今高校体育教育的重要组成部分,而高校民族传统体育教师是实施这一教育的主体。因此,针对河南高校民族传统体育专业教师的工作现状进行研究分析,找出优点和不足,旨在提高其专业素质和教学水平,为培养一支高水平的师资队伍提供理论参考。

| Abstract: | The national traditional sport is a traditional action with national cultural color and feature, as well as an important part of the sports education of the present colleges and universities. The teachers in this respect are the main body to carry out this education. Therefore, it is the purpose of enhancing the sports teacher＇ s work quality and teaching level and providing a theoretic reference for training a high level teaching rank to study and analyze the present work state of the national sports teachers and find out its advantages and insufficiency. |
