摘    要:目前我国公务员薪酬管理在薪酬水平、薪酬支付制度、职位分类以及法制规范等方面都存在诸多问题。因此应该加快公务员薪酬管理的法制化建设、工资等级实行波段宽化及公务员薪酬货币化和显现化、设置科学的公务员职位分类制度。

Abstract:At present our country official salary management in aspect and so on salary level, salary payment system, position classification as well as legal system standard all has many problems. Therefore should speed up the official salary management the legal system construction,the pay scale implementation wave band width and the official salary currency appears, establishes the science the official position classification system.
