聚苯乙烯微球的AFM研究

摘    要:采用接触式原子力显微镜(AFM)方法观测聚苯乙烯微球用去离子水和甲醇分散后在云母表面的形貌变化及与衬底之间的作用;初步讨论了分散剂、放置时间、分散时间等对聚苯乙烯微球的影响。结果发现去离子水做为分散剂时,聚苯乙烯微球在云母表面具有单分散性,而以甲醇做为分散剂时则具有多分散性。

Abstract:The article analyses the relation between the shape change of micro polystyrene,which is dispersed by deionized water and methanol,on mica surface and the supporting base through the contact atomic force microscope method.And we discuss the influence of dispersing agent,putting time and dispersing time on micro polystyrene.The result shows that micro polystyrene has single dispersing quality on mica with deionized water as dispersing agent,and multiple dispersing quality with methanol as dispersing agent.
