| 摘 要： | 司法工作是人民政权中的一项重要建设。中国共产党的领导人对于司法工作就给予了高度的重视,其中习仲勋就是一个典型的代表。习仲勋的司法实践过程中充分地发挥了党的优良传统。对我们今天的司法队伍建设、＂以人为本＂司法理念的确立,中国特色社会主义司法建设,乃至整个和谐社会的构建有巨大的推动作用。
