| 摘 要： | 社会资本是创业企业的重要资源,是促进新创企业的生存与成长的重要因素,有效开发和利用社会资本,必须理解创业社会资本的具体内涵及其构成要素。本研究采用半结构化访谈方法,对21家企业的创业者进行现场访谈,并对访谈内容进行了内容分析,结论表明由网络结构、信任关系、认知共享、资源支持构成的创业社会资本构思模型具有较好的信度与效度。本研究为创业领域的相关研究提供了理论基础。
