| 摘 要： | 篮球运动作为非隅网的同场对抗的集体项目，提高学生在对抗中施展技、战术能力，是我们教学的最终目的．采用实验对比方法，对“4人制”篮球比赛在普通高校中的推广进行论证．结果显示，学生通过参加“4人制”篮球比赛，培养了学习的兴趣和自信心，“4人制”篮球比赛易于组织与开展，运动强度适中，更优于“3人制”与“5人制”比赛，更适合作为篮球专项课中的教学手段之一．

| Abstract: | As a mass non-net competition in same place,our education aim in basketball sport is to raise the technology and basic tactics agilities.By experiment and comparison,the author expound,and proves the propagation of the four-man basketball game in or dinary colleges and universities. The results indicate that the students interest and self-confidence in learning this sport during their in volvement in the game;the four-man basketball game is easy to be orgarized and carried out,we get very good result in master and apply if basic tactics four-man basketball game is more suitable in basketball education than."three-man basket ball game and five man basketball game." |
