| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法、逻辑推理法，对率队参加2013年四川省中学生篮球联赛和四川省青少年篮球锦标赛的基层教练员进行调查，发现：教练员专职化不高；收入偏低；训练水平低；其考核、培养体系不科学；执教年限短、运动经历不足成为制约四川省基层篮球教练员队伍发展的主要因素。针对制约发展的主要因素提出发展对策，旨在为四川篮球的快速、健康、可持续发展提供理论参考。

| Abstract: | Based on relative literature, questionnaire surveys, experts interviews, mathematic statistics, logical analysis, the results of investigation and discoveries about the grass-roots coaches who attended Sichuan Province high school basketball league in 2013 and Youth basketball tournament in Sichuan Province are showed as follows： less professional coaching experience;relatively low salary;low coaching skills and abilities;the current coach’s examination system and Education System are unscientific;short time as coaches. All above become the essential obstacles for the development of the grassroots basketball coaching team. To the obstacles as the key elements which restrict the development of the whole basketball coaching group, this paper aims to propose the development of countermeasures and provide the theory reference for Sichuan basketball fast, healthy and sustainable development. |
