| 摘 要： | 通过对35—45岁城市居民的骨密度测试，了解目前山东省城市居民的骨密度水平，从饮食习惯和运动方式提醒人们应该注意自身的补钙意识和方法，减少因骨质疏松而引起的骨折、病残和病死的数量。

| Abstract: | Through the test of bone density among urban citizens of 35-45 years old, the level of bone density in Shandong has been understood. It should remind them to pay attention to their own calcium complementary consciousness and methods from their dietetic habit and exercise modes, so as to reduce the quantity of fracture, disabled illness and death due to the osteoporosis. |
