| 摘 要： | 目前市场上流通的产品使用说明书存在着不同程度的语言失责问题。这种语言失责现象源于对语言责任的违背。产品使用说明书的语言责任产生于说明书制作者语言权力的获得，并通过内部基础责任和外部附加责任的共同实现而实现。语言失责现象大量产生，总的说来是因为语言权力和语言责任间力量的不平衡，而更具体和直接的原因则是语言驱动力和语言节制力间力量的不平衡。要使说明书的语言环境进入一个健康规范的良性运行状态，就必须提高说明书制作者乃至全体社会成员的语言责任意识。
