力量训练分期研究进展

摘    要:力量训练分期是建立在现代训练分期理论基础上,具有相对独立训练体系的力量训练过程控制理论。研究证实,与非分期力量训练相比,分期力量训练产生的适应性变化更明显,力量和爆发力(或肌肉耐力)增长和保持更显著,并能有效预防过度训练。然而,在力量训练线性(传统)分期和非线性分期(包括周内、周间和双周起伏式分期)模式间还存在一定差异和分歧,并未形成研究定论。回顾了力量训练分期理论的形成与发展,对力量训练分期与非分期以及不同力量训练分期模式的基本结构、训练效果以及评价等方面进行了比较分析,指出了力量训练分期研究中存在的问题与争议,并对今后研究进行了展望。

A Review of Periodization of Strength Training

Abstract:Periodization of strength or power training is based on the modern theory of training period,and it has a relatively independent training system of training process control theory.Research confirmed that compare to non-periodization of strengthen training,periodization of strengthen training produces adaptive changes more obvious,strength and power(or muscular endurance) growth and maintain is more significant,and can effectively prevent overtraining.However,there is certain difference between the linear periodization and non-linear periodization in strength training,and doesn’t form a research conclusion.This paper reviews the formation and development of periodization of strength training,makes comparative analysis on basic structure,training effect and evaluation among periodization,non-periodization and other mode of strength training,points out existing problems and makes prospect on future research.
