| Abstract: | The reform of post arrangement system in tertiary institutions is an important measure to deepen the personnel system reform. The authors expound the meaning for the reform of post arrangement system in tertiary institutions by the study on related polices and examples of some tertiary institutions. The article gives the difficult points and key points in the reform and also the way of solving these problems and suggestions. |
