| 摘 要： | 分析得出社会诚信度不高的原因主要在于激励与目标体系的定位错误、信息不对称、政府的示范效应以及惩罚措施不到位,并进一步分析了其对大学生诚信建设的影响。提高守信程度的核心在于社会信用环境的建设。大学生作为社会中的一个特殊群体,其诚信建设也主要取决于此。最后提出应对措施。

| Abstract: | This paper clarifies that the causes for poor social credit are wrong orientation,information asymmetry and ineffectiveness of governmental demonstration and penalty of motivation system and target system.Low social credit has a negative impact upon the cultivation of college students' credit.Credit betterment depends mainly on social credit improvement.As a special part of the society,college students have no exception.Some countermeasures are suggested. |
