| 摘 要： | 环境保护是企业必须履行的社会责任之一，也是政府社会性规制的重要内容。企业厉行环境责任有利于提高其资源利用效率、实现技术创新、获得新的竞争机会，而政府规制也为企业厉行环保责任提供了外在的压力和动力，是企业实施环境责任的机制保障。因此，环境保护需要企业和政府共同承担。

| Abstract: | The environment protection is part of social responsibility which must be fulfilled by enterprise;it is also the important content of government social regulation.Through the responsibility to protect environment,the enterprises could upgrade their resources utilization efficiency,realize technology innovation,and obtain new competition opportunity.At the same time the government regulation which work as the mechanism safeguard for enterprise implements the environment responsibility and provides enterprise the external pressure and motive power to practice the environment protection responsibility.Therefore,to implement the environment protection,the enterprises and the government need to work together. |
