营养因子延缓运动疲劳的机制研究进展

摘    要:目前,已有大量实验表明,左旋肉碱、泛酸、支链氨基酸、辅酶Q10等营养素对于运动疲劳有延缓作用,作为强有力的运动营养补剂已经被广泛运用到体育锻炼和抗运动性疲劳当中。该文采用文献资料法对运动性疲劳的变化特征进行综述,并且针对不同机制合理使用补给做出阐释和说明,旨在为运动训练水平的提升和大众健身能力的提高提供科学、有效的参考。

Research Progress on the Mechanism of Nutrition Factor Delaying Exercise Fatigue

Abstract:At present,a large number of experiments have shown that nutrients such as carnitine,pantothenic acid,branched-chain amino acid,coenzyme Q10 have a retarding effect on exercise fatigue,as a powerful sports nutritional supplement has been widely used in physical exercise and anti-sports fatigue.This paper summarizes the characteristics of sports fatigue by using the method of literature review,and explains the rational use of replenishment according to different mechanisms,the aim is to provide scientif ic and effective reference for the improvement of sports training level and public f itness ability.
