| 长沙市社会业余足球赛事体系的构建研究 |

| 摘 要： | 随着全民健身的政策号召,社会业余足球赛事已成为群众参与体育竞赛及强身健体的重要途径。但从目前长沙市社会业余足球赛事开展现状来看,出现了主办方混乱、赛事运行机制模糊等问题。所以,成立社会业余足球联盟,优化与足球协会二者关系,完善顶层设计并合理地资源共享,为赛事构建并搭建统一平台。基于平台下,构建三级联动的双轨式竞赛模式与具体办赛方向,达到地区全覆盖、全民共参与的全方位赛事,使之充分调动群众参与积极性,扩大长沙市足球人口基数,保证赛事可持续发展。

| Abstract: | With the call of the national fitness policy,amateur football has become an important way for the masses to participate in sports competitions and strengthen their bodies.However,judging from the current situation of the development of amateur football matches in Changsha,there are some problems,such as the chaos of the organizers and the ambiguous operation mechanism of the matches.Therefore,social amateur football league was established to optimize the relationship between it and the football association,improve the top-level design and reasonably share resources,and build a unif ied platform for the construction of matches.Based on the platform,the three-level linkage double-track competition mode and the specif ic direction of the competition are constructed to achieve the regional coverage and the participation of the whole people in an all-round way,so as to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the masses to participate in,expand the population base of Changsha City football,and ensure the sustainable development of the competition. |
