| 摘 要： | 中国共产党的百年,是为中华民族的独立解放和繁荣复兴,为中国人民的自由民主和幸福生活不懈奋斗的历史。建党百年来,中国共产党始终坚持民主建政、依法办事的政策方针,始终坚持以人民为中心的发展理念,相继完成了新民主主义革命、社会主义革命,打开了改革开放的新局面,开创和发展了中国特色社会主义法律制度和体系。以历史分析的方法系统性回顾党的百年法治历程,以及不同时期中国共产党法治思想的主要特征,以此从中揭示其产生发展变化的规律,为进一步推进依法治国提供理论基础。

| Abstract: | The century of the Communist Party of China is the history of making every effort for the independence,liberation,rejuvenation and prosperity of Chinese nation,as well as a history of struggling for the Chinese people s happiness life of democracy and freedom.It is not only due to the historical inevitability,but also the people s choice that determined the Communist Party of China became the leading party who can construct a new China and bring great rejuvenation to Chinese nation.In the past century,the Communist Party of China has been firmly sticking to the policy and principle of democratic politics construction and acting in accordance with the law,acting on the people-centered philosophy of development,successfully completed the new democratic of revolution and socialism revolution,created a new situation in reform and opening up.Further more,the Communist Party of China has created and developed the Socialism System of Laws with Chinese Characteristics based on summarizing the experience of domestic and foreign legal system construction.Looking back to the hundred years process of promoting the Rule of Law,we have gone through the partial legal system in the revolutionary base areas period,the legal foundation establishment in the transition period of new China,the socialist legal system and the system of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics in the new reform time,and finally formed the System of Socialist Rule of Law with Chinese Characteristics of Xi Jinping New Era.Therefore,it is of great significance to use historical analysis method to systematically review the developing process of the Communist Party of China s thoughts on Rule of Law and reveal the law of its development and change after establishment of the People s Republic of China. |
