| 摘 要： | 线上线下混合教学模式,为初中英语教学提供了全新的动力。文章从线上线下混合教学模式的概念、线上线下混合教学模式对初中英语教学的意义、线上线下混合教学模式中教师运用教学资源能力的培养、线上线下混合教学模式中教师教学能力的培养四方面进行探讨,以有效提高教师的综合素养。

| Abstract: | The online and offline mixed teaching mode provides a new impetus for junior middle school English teaching.This paper discusses the concept of online and offline mixed teaching mode,the significance of online and offline mixed teaching mode to junior middle school English teaching,the cultivation of teachers'ability to use teaching resources in online and offline mixed teaching mode,and the cultivation of teachers'teaching ability in online and offline mixed teaching mode,so as to effectively improve teachers'comprehensive quality. |
