摘    要:使用正态分布评价高校课程成绩合理性一直是一个争论的话题,本文对高校课程成绩正态分布规律进行了重新认识,分析了高校学生成绩正态分布的功能、局限性和不良影响,提出了大学教师在课程考核中的逆向选择和道德风险,阐述了大学生在课程学习中的边际行为。提出了建立课程考核指标体系,设置课程分类评价标准,有效加强课程的过程性考核,适度处理课程考核原始数据,实施教考分离政策等改进正态分布标准的措施。建议高校要加强课程标准建设,增强课程考核的系统性和发展性,强调因材施教,分类考核。

Abstract:This paper has gained a new understanding of the law of normal distribution of college curriculum results,analyzed the functions,limitations and adverse effects of the normal distribution of college students’performances,proposed the adverse selection and moral hazard of college teachers in curriculum evaluation.The results show that it is inappropriate to regard the normal distribution as the core indicator of curriculum evaluation.Some measures are put forward to improve the normal distribution standard,such as the establishment of curriculum evaluation index system,the setting of evaluation standards for curriculum classification,the effective strengthening of the process evaluation of curriculum,the appropriate processing of the original data of curriculum evaluation,and the implementation of the policy of separating teaching and testing.It is suggested that colleges and universities should strengthen the construction of curriculum standards,reinforce the systematic and developmental nature of curriculum evaluation,and emphasize teaching students in accordance with their aptitude and classified evaluation.
