| 摘 要： | 提高学生心理健康教育有效性的重要前提,是重视生涯规划教育与心理健康教育的融合。文章对心理健康教育与生涯规划教育相结合的可行性及方法进行探索。心理健康教育与生涯规划教育结合的方法有:整合教师资源,提高教师水平;整合心理健康教育与生涯规划教育的内容;提高生涯规划教育在心理健康教育中的比重。

| Abstract: | To improve the effectiveness of students'mental health education,an important prerequisite is to attach importance to the integration of career planning education and mental health education.This paper explores the feasibility and methods of the combination of mental health education and career planning education.The methods of the combination of mental health education and career planning education include:integrating teachers'resources,improving teachers'level;integrating the contents of mental health education and career planning education;improving the proportion of career planning education in mental health education. |
