| 摘 要： | 无论是学生还是成年人,都应该经常诵读国学经典,从国学经典中汲取精神养料来不断提升自身的素养,让传统文化深入内心,塑造自己的精神家园。诵读经典可以扩大一个人的思维格局,培养优秀人格;诵读经典,可以提高效率,事半功倍;诵读经典,可以锻炼思维,凝神聚力;诵读经典,可以强健体魄,增进感情。

| Abstract: | No matter students or adults,they should always read the classics of traditional Chinese learning,learn spiritual nourishment from the classics of traditional Chinese learning to constantly improve their quality,let traditional culture go deep into their hearts,and shape their spiritual home.Reading classics can expand a person's thinking pattern and cultivate excellent personality;reading classics can improve efficiency and get twice the result with half the effort;reading classics can exercise thinking and concentration;reading classics can strengthen the body and enhance feelings. |
