| 摘 要： | 教师在开展班级管理工作的过程中要采取有效的管理方法,让学生主动遵守班级的规章制度。人本管理的理念就非常适用于班级管理工作,教师高效应用人本管理理念,能够让学生感受到教师对他们的关爱,进而促进学生健康快乐成长。文章对班级管理中人本管理理念的应用价值及其应用策略进行探讨。

| Abstract: | In the process of class management,teachers should take effective management methods to let students actively abide by the rules and regulations of the class.The idea of human-oriented management is very suitable for class management.Teachers can effectively apply the idea of human-oriented management,so that students can feel the care of teachers,and then promote the healthy and happy growth of students.This paper discusses the application value and strategy of humanistic management in class management. |
