| Abstract: | If the farmers in China are not rich, it will be impossible for all Chinese to realize a fairly well-off life. The paper analyzed the characteristics of income increase of farmers in Shaanxi province and its limiting factors, and advanced the corresponding countermeasures as consult for decision-makers. |
