| 摘 要： | 本文通过KPO信息特性分析,提出基于KPO的信息服务策略.其中,着重分析了KPO信息管理模式创新、技术融合型增值平台开发和知识化增值服务机制构建等方面的问题,旨在为拓展信息管理理论与方法,发挥信息服务功能,在促进KPO业务发展中提升信息资源价值提供一些思考和建议.
