| 摘 要： | 从孵化企业以及创业者的视角和需求,通过实证数据分析并检验我国高技术创业孵化环境与创业成长绩效之间的关系,研究表明,创业孵化环境的4个关键因素对技术企业层创业成长绩效具有显著影响,在一定程度上揭示科技企业孵化器的现实价值,并指明创业孵化环境质量提升的发展方向。

| Abstract: | From the view and need of incubating enterprises and entrepreneurs,the research verify the relationship between entrepreneurial incubating environment and venture growth based on the data analysis,and the research state that four core services elements make remarkably positive effect on venture growth.The results explain partially the function and essences of technology business incubator. |
