| Abstract: | By constructing a System Dynamics model, the paper describes the complex interrelationships between different factors in developing software project and their impacts on the project performance. The System Dynamics model is supposed to provide a reliable tool for project managers to test practical effectiveness of all kinds of potential problem solutions in the process of the project execution. |
