| 摘 要： | 思想政治教育内化是受教育者将社会所需要的思想政治道德转化为自身认识的过程。而内化过程作为是受教育者的一种心理活动过程,受教育者充分发挥自身的主体性外,还需要教育者起主导性作用,通过外部影响力量促使受教育者的精神世界实现第一次飞跃。教育者需要掌握思想政治教育内化涵义及基本过程,帮助受教育者的思想政治素质向社会所需要的方向转化。

| Abstract: | The ideological and political education internalization is the process that the educated change the ideological and politi- cal morality the society needs into their own awareness. In the internalization process, as a psychological activity process of the edu- cated, they should give full play to their own subjectivity, and the educators also should play a dominant role to help the spiritual world of the educated improve. Educators need to master the ideological and political education internalization connotation and the basic process, help the ideological and political quality of the educated meet the demand of the society. |
