激光重熔氧化锆陶瓷涂层的相变过程

摘    要:钛合金表面等离子喷涂氧化锆涂层激光重熔后,得到重熔区、过渡区和热影响区。本文采用SEM、TEM和X射线衍射对激光重熔前后各区的相变过程进行了研究。结果表明喷涂涂层激光重熔后,重熔区C-ZrO_2失稳得到T-ZrO_2,但无大量的M-ZrO_2出现过渡区由熔池底部的α-Ti和其前沿的粒状ZrO_2组成。粒状组织内由T-ZrO_2、M-ZrO_2和C-ZrO_2三相组成。

Abstract:Coating of ZrO2 that was sprayed onto titanium alloy surface by plasma was remelted by laser , laser remelted layer is composed by remelting zone and transiting zone and heat influence zone . In this paper , phase transformation process of each zone was studied by SEM and TEM and X-ray diffraction. The paper point out: after coating of ZrO2 was remelted by laser , within remelting zone C-ZrO2 is changed to T- ZrO2 , but a large amount of M -ZrO2 Does not occur. The transiting zone is composedy by o-Ti at the bottom of molten pool and granular ZrO2 at the front. The granular structure consists of T-ZrO2 , M-ZrO2and C-ZrO2 three phase.
