| Abstract: | This paper proposed the necessity of analyzing some theoretic conceptions of body shape.Furthermore the connotation and extension of the concept of body shaping,the characteristics of sport aesthetics,the relationship between the training of body shaping and the other exercise methods,and the new concept of the standard of body shaping were analyzed. |
