| 摘 要： | 从参考文献的起源、内涵、引用动机和对著文的作用等角度出发，阐明参考文献的基本功能是对著文的支持和佐证，而知识产权保护既非著者引用的目的，也非著者引用的归宿。虽然著者的引用行为受知识产权法的制约，但这种制约作用主要是由支持和佐证功能引发或派生而来的，并不构成参考文献的基本功能。

| Abstract: | References have many kinds of functions such as supporting, searching, evaluation, calculation and protection of the property of knowledge. From the point of view of the origin, the connotation, the quotation purpose and the effect, this paper points out that the basic function of references is supporting or proof to papers. Protection of the property of knowledge is neither the purpose nor the desdnadon of the writers ' quotations. Although the quotations are restricted by the law of property of knowledge, the restriction is mainly caused or derived from the supporting or proof function, it does not form the basic function of references. |
