| 摘 要： | 公德是与传统私德相对的道德形式，它是儒家文化寻求突破并进行现代转型的理论成果之一，反映了国人追求现代化道德理想和社会文明进步的努力。公共利益是衡量公德的核心标准，对公共利益的认知即公共观念是一种特殊的道德意识，是公德的根本。以公共观念为基础的公德属于德性伦理，只有在德性主义框架下才能得到深刻理解。公德也是一种利群之德，它主要调整人与国家、社会的关系。在公德概念的演化过程中，其国家思想、政治思想逐渐弱化，并为社会公德概念所代替，但相应也造成了理论不周全的问题。因此，要阐明公德问题必须追根溯源，从其概念的历史框架中重新发现公德的涵义和价值。

| Abstract: | Public virtue is the opposite of private virtue. It is one of the theoretical results that Chinese pursue the moral ideal of the modernization and civilization in the process of the modernization of the Confucian culture. Ethics of public interest is a measure of the core standards of public virtue. And the public concept, which is a recognition of public interest, is a special kind of moral con- sciousness, is the base of public virtue based on the public concept, is the concept of virtue ethics, and it can be understood in the framework of the virtue ethics. Public virtue is mainly to adjust the relationship between a person and his country and society. But his national ideology and political thought gradually are weakened in the evolution of the public virtue concept, and public virtue is replaced by the concept of social morality, which causes many theoretical problems. Therefore, we must trace from the historical framework of public virtue to rediscover its meaning and moral value. |
