社会不公信息网络传播的社会反响特征及启示

摘    要:社会不公信息会影响个体的社会认知和行为表现。网络跟帖是网民现实反应在网络状态中的一种呈现,分析网络跟帖内容,有助于探求不公信息传播的社会反响特征和信息素养培育的方法。从天涯、搜狐、腾讯三大网站,择取反映社会不公的报道的跟帖进行内容分析,可看出网民接触社会不公信息在情绪、认知特征及行为取向上的特点。应该通过学生、政府、传媒、老师合力培育学生的信息素养,减少社会不公信息传播的负面影响。

Abstract:Social injustice information can affect people's social cognition and behavior.Network threads of netizen are expression of their real-life.Social responses' characteristics of social injustice information can be obtained by analyzing network threads' contents,thus we can refine on our methods of cultivating information literacy.Choose network threads which reflecting the social injustice from the "Tianya","Sohu","Tencent" three internet sites for analysis.Summarize netizens' emotional characteristics,cognitive characteristics and behavioral tendency after received social injustice information.It proposes to reduce the negative impact of the dissemination of social injustice information by students,government,media,teachers working together to cultivate students' information literacy.
