| 摘 要： | 2008年初，一场突如其来的雨雪冰冻灾害席卷中国南方大部分省区，给电力、交通运输带来很大破坏，给人民群众的生命财产和工农业生产造成重大损失。中国人民以气吞山河的英雄气概，不屈不挠，顽强拼搏，取得了抗击雨雪冰冻灾害的重大胜利，充分显示了中华民族自强不息、团结奋斗、无私奉献、务实求真的民族精神。
