| 摘 要： | 自2006年12月20日银监会发布《关于调整放宽农村地区银行业金融机构准入政策,更好支持社会主义新农村建设的若干意见》后,我国村镇银行产生并快速发展,在取得骄人成绩的同时,也蕴含着巨大的风险。我国村镇银行作为银行业金融机构,面临着一般银行的风险,又因其规模与设立的地域限制,所面临的风险有其特殊性。我国村镇银行主要面临地域分布上的"扎堆"风险、信用风险、流动性风险、操作风险以及由农业的弱质性所决定的行业特殊风险。

| Abstract: | Ever since the issuance of Several Opinions on the Adjustment of Access Policy for the Banking Financial Institutions in Rural Areas and Support to Construction of Socialism New Countryside on Dec.20,2006,the village banks emerged and developed rapidly.When it acquires remarkable achievements,it is confronted by huge risks.As the banking financial institutions,the village banks in China are faced with general risks,but the risks also have particularity due to the limitations in scale and region.The village banks in China are mainly confronted by the ‘gather-together’risk in geographical distribution,credit risk,liquidity risk,operational risk,as well as the abnormal industry risk determined by its feebleness of agriculture. |
