| Abstract: | Enterprise culture is not only the psychological contract between the enterprise and staff, but also the soul and spiritual prop of the enterprise. This paper briefly discuss the meaning and function of anthropocentrism and promoting the building of enterprise culture, which is based on changes in the development of enterprise culture , the generation and development foundation of anthropocentrism, and on the realization accord development between the enterprise and staff. |
