| 摘 要： | 在认真学习党的十八大精神后，结合企业工会工作实践对未来工作思路进行的一些粗浅思考：即在以后的工作实践中如何将十八大精神灵活运用、科学“嫁接”，不断推动企业工会工作创新发展，切实发挥好工会作为党和人民群众的桥梁扣纽带作用，发挥其服务群众的有力作用。
