| 摘 要： | 为了更好地推进素质教育,对健美操选项课的教学内容进行了改革,通过实践,取得良好的效果。为此,笔者对健美操教学内容进行了修改整理,设置出了适合高师院校学生的健美操选项课教材内容体系。

| Abstract: | The reforms of teaching material for body - building gymnastics course were made in order to further promote thequality education ,and good results are obtained through years of practice. Therefore, the system of teaching material for thecourse teaching at teachers college is suggested. |
